LESSON: POSITIVE FOCUS (Mind Clear Exercise)
Step 1: Take out a blank sheet of paper and write down 5-10 things that are going well in your life right now.
Step 2: Write the letters: WSMORN (What’s Stressing Me Out Right Now)
Step 3: Next to the items listed that are stressing you out, write down something you can do immediately to bring down the noise from that stressor by 10-15%.
LESSON: CONSTANT GENTLE PRESSURE
Always there giving them reinforcement/reminders. Doing it in a way that makes people feel respected, but you are not going anywhere and repeating it over…and over, being consistent until it happen show you want it done.

1) Having a digital marketing presence – you have a website that someone who knows how do to this is managing your website. Someone to run FB/Google ads (paid digital media)
2) What’s going on with your Joint Venture (JV) relationships (marketing)?
3) What happens in your gym (inside the walls of your business)? Marketing Manager/Marketing Assistant – social media, writes the emails, manages your marketing calendar. In many cases, this is you…and this is ok but overtime you want to find someone who can sit in this role for you. Driving referrals, collecting testimonials, show casing the clients.

DAVIDHILL: Black Friday Promotion: There is a sequence of things that happen leading up to Black Friday. We did it last year, but it was just OK.
Vince is taking his 6 Week Challenge page, and making it a Black Friday page, changing it up a bit, changing the offer. There is a sample of this in Nurture Ninja, Will can share this with you…ask him in the chat.
LOVELLKOSH: In regard to marketing, how long out do you like to start outreach for a particular event?
NICKBUTLER: Working on module 2 bridgework and I am struggling with some things, I used to do first class free but I had too many no shows, so I switched up our offer. I am just kind of dancing around the free thing, what do you guys do to avoid no shows?
MARKETING GLOVE– GFP had 11 leads (4email, 3 website, 3-4 referrals) – perfect display of a perfect marketing glove. Multiple leads generating from multiple sources.
MASTERMIND GUESTS– Must be a part owner, a couple who runs the business other, it cannot be a head trainer. They must have an equity stake in the business. The person must have a heavy role that is going to take the role away from you.
