Writing 6 Week Challenge Emails

September 29, 2021

WHAT’S WORKING NOW

BUSINESS LESSONS FROM THE WEDDING:

Everyone coming through your door is coming to you with some fear. “I’m scared I am going to be embarrassed!”
When someone tells you something, always ask a follow up question. You have to turn it on all day long
this is what makes you good at marketing.

REVIEW: PRODUCTIVITY TIME BLOCK (33:33) – pick one thing to work on for a specified period of time. Set time for that time and focus on that task until the time goes off. Then get up, change your environment for a break, then come back and set your timer again to stay focused on that task or another.

LESSON: STEPS TO WRITING THE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE EMAILS

Get into the minds of your customer
put yourself in their shoes.
What is happening in their lives right now (events in the world – COVID, Afghanistan, new president, sports, etc
KNOW CURRENT EVENTS).

EFFICIENCY:
When I create something for GFP, I am also creating it as a resource for you guys. I pull out the personal info, for you guys to take and use the emails, but you guys may want to put your personal back in.

TOPICS W/IN EMAILS: Getting back into a routine, successful people, bad workout styles, before/after summer, kale, 57% rule.

LANDING PAGE: Created a landing page for the 6 Week Challenge

GOAL: Drive people to the landing page. Message jill@vincegabriele.com if you are interested in creating a Landing Page

FORMULA:
List what it is
so you can
which means
When doing these emails, do them all at once on one big document
allows them to flow.

Most of the things Vince writes about
are conversations he has with other people.

QUESTIONS:

Jonathan Sorto: Where can I opt in to receive emails being sent out by GFP?

If anyone wants to be on the emails list for GFP, please email jill@vincegabriele.com

FUNNEL HACKING: You go on a website, opting in on the website and seeing exactly what they do and then you take the information and create your own.

Nora Cryan: How frequently do you do your 6 Week Challenges?

Jonathan Sorto: I have an intern, who is 17 years old. He will be 18 soon and he wants to get certified to teach. I want to get him into the training/nutrition course with ISSA. He cannot afford to pay for these courses, what should I do? I want to pay to show him I am invested in him, but I also want to protect myself.

Thiago Santos: Do you separate your emails into warm, cold, or former?

Missi Balison: I had to quarantine and was very transparent with my clients and 6 clients went on hold. I did reach out to ask questions and received feedback. I had clients ask if I could hold a vaccine only class, or if we are mandating clients be vaccinated. What is everyone else doing?

NOTE: In a crisis, we don’t rise to the occasion, we fall to the level of our preparation.

Jonas Acevedo: 4 Stages of Fitness Business, if you want to know where you are at, pull yourself out of your business. I want to pull myself out of the business for 14 days, I do this often, but I want to do this for 10-14 days to see how my business operates without me. Goal is to see where we are at. I would appreciate your input on this.

Thiago Santos: If I want to get 10 clients right away, what should I do?
